Offering a $2,000 Signing Bonus.


Compensation
$42,000 - $48,000 Base Salary; PLUS Commissions and Bonuses and a $2,000 signing bonus

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote new insurance policies or modify existing ones.
  • Engage potential clients and build relationships through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Assess the needs of businesses or individual clients and provide appropriate protection plans.
  • Conduct needs-based reviews of customer policies.
  • Stay informed about industry standards and policy updates to ensure compliance with all requirements, while monitoring claims for mutual satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date sales databases, customer records, and related organizational tools to accurately report on marketing and sales activities.

Qualifications
  • Proficient in networking and dedicated to the community you serve.
  • Exhibit a high level of integrity with a proven history of aligning actions with words.
  • Experience in delivering customer-focused solutions and fostering long-term relationships.

Essential Skills
  • Excellent communication skills, including listening and presenting.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve financial success.
  • Licensed in property, casualty, and life insurance, or willing to obtain licenses within 60 days of employment.
