We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Route Service Representative to join our team at ITU AbsorbTech, Inc. in Sun Prairie, WI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collect used products (uniforms, floor mats, shop towels, etc.) and replace them with clean products at customer locations.
- Operate a 26-foot box truck, utilizing your driving skills to efficiently transport products.
- Load and unload products from the box truck, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
- Focus on learning routes and providing genuine service to our customers, rather than sales numbers.
Physical Requirements:
Employees are regularly on their feet, and this position requires pushing, pulling, and lifting products on and off box trucks.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, with a 6am start time. No weekends or holidays.
Compensation:
$22 an hour, plus opportunities for commission. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is available after 30 days.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience in sales, route delivery, or customer service is preferred.
- Comfortable driving a box truck, with training provided for operating our box trucks.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record are necessary.

About ITU AbsorbTech, Inc.
Founded in 1908 as an industrial laundry company, we have evolved into one of the oldest family-owned industrial laundries in the country. With 15 facilities across the eastern US, we service thousands of manufacturers by providing reusable uniforms, mops, towels, and mats. We offer launderable absorbents, replacing disposable products, and recover over 200,000 gallons of oil and solvents from our customers' used products each year.
