Position Overview

Our Seasonal Sales Associates play a vital role in the success of our retail locations. In this position, your primary responsibility is to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

You will actively listen to customers, offering tailored recommendations and sharing your extensive product knowledge to meet their needs.

Additionally, you will communicate the UGG brand's commitment to sustainability and ethical practices while expressing your enthusiasm for our products.


Key Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will:

  • Create personalized shopping experiences that foster brand loyalty.
  • Implement our Service Training Program by greeting customers promptly and courteously.
  • Address all customer inquiries accurately and ensure they leave satisfied.
  • Provide exceptional service throughout the shopping journey, including clear communication of our return policy.
  • Maintain a positive and cheerful demeanor with customers and colleagues, promoting the store and brand image.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to both in-store visitors and phone inquiries.
  • Understand that your role extends beyond the sales floor, including operating the cash register and managing inventory.
  • Ensure products are well-stocked and displayed according to Visual Merchandising standards.
  • Keep the back-stock area and employee break area clean and organized.
  • Practice safety and respond to theft according to company policies.
  • Be a reliable team member by reporting to work on time and notifying your Store Manager of any delays or absences.

To excel as a Seasonal Sales Associate, you should:

  • Deliver the highest level of customer service as outlined in our Service Training Program.
  • Prioritize brand and product knowledge in customer interactions.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management.
  • Contribute positively to a team environment and work collaboratively to achieve goals.
  • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Approach challenges with critical thinking and agility.

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Two (2) years of experience in a retail environment.
  • A High School Diploma.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A highly motivated team player and self-starter.

Additional Requirements

Flexibility in scheduling to meet business needs is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required. A valid driver's license is also necessary.
