Job Summary

Ocenco Incorporated is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales and revenue.
  • Quote and Proposal Development: Develop and submit customized quotes and proposals to meet the needs of potential customers.
  • Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and customer expectations.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to effectively position Ocenco's products in the market.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer service is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
