We are in search of a skilled and dedicated individual to become a vital member of our dynamic Front Line Support team. This role serves as the initial point of interaction between our organization and our clientele.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for all CINC clients.
  • Provide expert guidance and insights on the complete range of CINC products and solutions.
  • Foster strong, trust-based relationships with clients to enhance product utilization and contribute to ongoing business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Educate clients on product features and updates.
  • Advise clients on best practices related to CINC products.
  • Understand client requirements and gather feedback, advocating for their needs throughout the process.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met, collaborating with implementation, sales, marketing, finance, and product teams.
  • Respond to incoming calls, chat inquiries, and service requests as part of our fast-paced team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in technical support or client success within a SaaS environment.
  • High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of tasks and clients with diverse priorities.
  • Hands-on contributor with a proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong knowledge of web technologies, including HTML and browser compatibility.
  • Empathetic approach with a keen understanding of client needs.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated success in building and enhancing customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated and committed to CINC's mission and values.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Slack, and Zoom is advantageous.
  • Real estate industry knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Track record of achieving retention, satisfaction, and upsell targets.
