Job Overview

Acquired Philadelphia is seeking a Corporate Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a Corporate Operations Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to our executive team and ensure seamless operations across various departments.

Key responsibilities include providing comprehensive administrative support, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements, preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations, acting as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, and screening and prioritizing incoming communications and requests.

Responsibilities also include reviewing and preparing legal documents and contracts, assisting in the planning and execution of company projects and initiatives, tracking project timelines, and ensuring deadlines are met.

This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong background in paralegal work, previous experience as an executive assistant, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Estimated salary range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
