Job Title: Vice President of Revenue

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement creative and scalable revenue generation strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to effectively represent our product or service.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry influencers, positioning Bahwan Cybertek Group as a disruptive force in the market.
  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to validate market fit, iterate on offerings, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Establish and refine sales processes, performance metrics, and reporting systems that drive accountability and results within the sales organization.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, driving expansion efforts and revenue growth.
  • Champion a culture of integrity, accountability, tenacity, and work-life balance throughout the organization.
  • Develop and implement effective team management strategies that promote collaboration, motivation, and personal growth.
  • Set and achieve specific sales targets, such as closing 67 deals per month with an average deal size of $20,000, to contribute to the overall annual sales goal of $4 million.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment, with a focus on the technology sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic revenue generation plans.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for making a meaningful impact in a rapidly growing company.
  • Financial acumen, including experience with revenue forecasting, pricing strategies, and profit margin analysis.
