Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regional Director to lead our Technology Group in Texas. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with clients, expanding our footprint in the region, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage relationships to create opportunities for consultative services with clients.
  • Integrate with the JMT team to support multiple offices, regions, and verticals.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of clients and competitors in the region.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to promote growth in the region.
  • Identify opportunities for proposal development related to target clients in the region.
  • Support client retention through multiple touchpoints, including presenting new solutions and attending industry events.
  • Advocate for clients to ensure project managers and project teams deliver on-time and within budget.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, GIS, information technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in information technology and/or geospatial consulting.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in business operations and personnel management.
  • Minimum of five years of experience working with state and local government clients, specifically in the transportation, airport, water/wastewater, environment, and natural resource markets.
  • Minimum of five years of project management experience.
