Estate Valuations and Pricing Systems Representative

About the Role
EVP Systems is seeking a highly skilled Regional Account Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, understanding and enhancing their processes, and collaborating closely with our Support and Development departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients through regular contact to understand their needs and gather feedback.
- Monitor and analyze client activity to identify patterns, problems, and opportunities, and communicate significant trends across the company.
- Conduct research on bank trust and tax software for potential integration and partnership opportunities.
- Work with our graphic artist to develop marketing materials and write and coordinate copy for marketing campaigns.
- Identify and manage advertising opportunities and plan and participate in trade shows.
- Maintain and update our social media platforms to ensure effective communication in a digital environment.
- Research competitors and potential partners to keep EVP Systems at the forefront of industry trends.
- Generate, follow up on leads, and schedule visits to clients and prospects to build relationships and close deals.
- Collaborate closely with our Account Representatives, Support, and Development teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client management and product development.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical abilities to identify and act on patterns and opportunities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
- Proficiency in social media and digital marketing strategies.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects.
What We Offer
- $75,000 - $120,000 salary range.
