We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in a Call Center Specialist position. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff or department.
- Schedule and reschedule services as needed.
- Assist with related administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum two years of customer service experience, preferably in a medical office setting.
- Comfortable using multiple technology-based communication systems effectively and simultaneously.
- Previous experience using a multi-line phone system is a plus.
