The Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, your main responsibility will be to act as a first point of contact for our key partners and clients. You will be responsible for resolving any issues and queries, escalating complex ones internally for quick resolution. You will also be responsible for on-boarding new partners and clients efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities
• Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Identify opportunities to increase wallet share through our platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive incremental revenue from up-selling additional solutions
• Work closely with clients to ensure they maximize potential in our technology, software, and marketing
• Ensure seamless on-boarding of new clients and locations
• Be comfortable meeting clients infield or virtually
• Take accountability for effective and efficient resolution of all customer issues

What We Offer
A competitive salary of $60,000 + Commissions, 33 days annual leave (inclusive of Bank Holidays), holiday exchange - Buy up to 5 days holiday each year, 401k contributions, health contributions.
