Job Title: Enterprise Customer Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Customer Growth Specialist to join our high-performing Revenue Team at Bainbridge Health. This role is a key position in driving customer growth and retention, and we're looking for someone with a proven track record of success.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for growing and retaining our customer base by building trusting relationships with key stakeholders across various levels within our clients' organizations. They will also be responsible for developing and executing strategies to meet our customer acquisition and retention goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers through regular communication, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling existing products and services.
  • Account Management: Manage and grow our existing customer base by delivering exceptional service, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

About You:

  • You have 5+ years of experience selling to and managing enterprise-level customers and accounts, preferably in the pharmaceutical, medical, or healthcare technology industries.
  • You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • You are a self-motivated and independent individual with a high level of initiative, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • You are proficient in using CRM tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, or similar software to manage customer relationships and data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, sales).
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in the pharmaceutical, medical, or healthcare technology industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
