Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled GSI Partner Manager to join our team at Glean Technologies, Inc. As a key member of our sales and partnerships team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our strategic partners, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive partner strategy to drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and increase market share.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with our strategic partners, leveraging your expertise in enterprise sales and partnerships to close deals and drive revenue growth.
  • Solution Design and Delivery: Work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet the needs of our clients and partners.
  • Client Mapping and Solutions Design: Collaborate with our clients and partners to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions that drive value and growth.
  • Joint GTM and Marketing: Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with our partners to drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and increase market share.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in business development and partnerships at an enterprise SaaS company or GSI.
  • Proven track record of building services revenue streams with GSIs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with partners, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
