About the Role

Fidelity TalentSource is seeking a skilled Technical Sourcing Partner to join our Strategic Sourcing Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting high-quality talent for our most critical and challenging to fill positions.

We are looking for a seasoned recruiter with a strong background in sourcing and a consultative approach to building relationships with hiring managers and recruiting partners. If you have a passion for finding and engaging passive job seekers, and a proven track record of success in identifying and attracting top talent, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to find and attract top talent for our most critical positions
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and recruiting partners to understand their talent needs and provide expert advice on sourcing and recruitment
  • Utilize market data and industry research to inform sourcing decisions and stay ahead of the competition
  • Partner with our Recruiting team to deliver talent to our business partners and drive hiring success
Requirements
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, including agency and corporate recruiting
  • 1+ year of experience in a sourcing function and knowledge of relevant sourcing tools and CRM's
  • Strong consultative skills and ability to build relationships with hiring managers and recruiting partners
  • Fundamental understanding of agile principles and how they apply to delivering talent
