General Requirements

  • Must comply with all regulations to securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for patients. Annual training and adherence to the Code of Conduct and organizational policies are mandatory for appropriate PHI usage.
Qualifications

Educational Background
  • Diploma in Nursing from an accredited program required, or
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required, or
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Understanding of nursing processes and practices is essential.
  • Ability to operate various technical equipment to meet patient needs and prescribed therapies.
Licenses and Certifications
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support may be required based on clinical area standards.
Additional Certifications
  • Must hold necessary certifications in the State of Ohio.
