Service Desk Specialist

Job Summary
Fidelity TalentSource LLC is seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Specialist to join our team. As a Service Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our internal end users, ensuring hardware and software functionality, and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to internal end users via phone, email, or in-person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Document and track all interactions in our ticketing system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements
- High-level customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to quickly absorb and retain information
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Ability to work well on a team in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to type a minimum of 40 wpm
- Working knowledge of computers and networks
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience in a Help Desk Support role
- Experience supporting Microsoft Windows and Office
- Experience supporting Apple MacOS and mobile products
- Experience with ticketing systems and ACD telephony
