About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our business operations and ensuring the seamless delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to our end-users, both on-site and remotely, to resolve software and hardware issues on multiple platforms.
  • Onboard and offboard end-users, ensuring a smooth transition and minimizing downtime.
  • Support our office technology platforms, including wireless and wired networks, conference room technology, automation systems, and AV streaming technology.
  • Provide white-glove IT support for executives and at marketing events held in our office or other locations.
  • Manage the lifecycle of IT equipment from procurement to e-waste, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Implement and maintain endpoint management solutions to ensure the security and integrity of our systems.
  • Collaborate with vendors to provide timely and effective support, leveraging their expertise to resolve complex issues.
  • Train and provide documentation to Level 1 and 2 support team members, ensuring knowledge transfer and continuity.
  • Act as a primary liaison between IT and other business units, understanding and meeting their technology needs and objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in macOS and iOS support in a corporate environment.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Windows 10/11 support in a corporate environment.
  • Strong basic and advanced troubleshooting skills, with the ability to think creatively and resourcefully.
  • Experience with Office 365 administration, including Intune, Entra ID, SharePoint, Exchange, and other related tools.
  • Experience with Active Directory or similar tools, such as ADManager.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to document complex technical issues.
  • Experience with common ticketing systems, such as Jira or ServiceNow, with SLAs and KPIs tied to them.
  • Able to prioritize tasks based on impact and urgency, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience with asset management tools and processes.
  • ITAM experience.
  • Experience supporting executives at senior levels.
  • Wi-Fi and LAN troubleshooting experience.
  • Experience with ISO audit preparation and remediation.
  • Experience collaborating with different departments and working with 3rd party vendors.
