About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team at United Career Fairs. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXISTING CLIENTS TO ENSURE EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AND IDENTIFY POTENTIAL NEW SALES OPPORTUNITIES
  2. IDENTIFY APPROPRIATE PROSPECTS, SET APPOINTMENTS, MAKE EFFECTIVE QUALIFYING SALES CALLS, AND MANAGE SALES CYCLE TO CLOSE NEW BUSINESS
  3. MAINTAIN IN-DEPTH PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE AND PROVIDE EXPERT ADVICE TO CLIENTS
  4. PREPARE PROFESSIONAL, COMPLETE, CONCISE AND ACCURATE REPORTS, PROPOSALS, AND OTHER DOCUMENTATION AS NEEDED
  5. Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers
