Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Service Representative to join our team at Actalent. As a Patient Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers, ensuring timely and accurate communication and resolution of their inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to patient and healthcare provider inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, meeting or exceeding service level goals.
  • Information Management: Accurately capture and update patient information, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Treatment Scheduling: Schedule treatments and provide patients with necessary information, including availability, tracking, and shipping details.
  • Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent, medical and/or pharmaceutical terminology experience, and high-volume call experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Work Experience: One year of experience in a pharmacy, managed care, Medicaid and/or Medicare organization, pharmaceutical and/or biotech manufacturer, insurance, medical office, or related field.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Work Environment

This is a fully on-site position in a close-door pharmacy setting, requiring reliable transportation and a flexible schedule to accommodate various shifts.
