Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Services Representative to join our team at Actalent. As a Patient Services Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional service and accurate information management for patients and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Answer calls, emails, and other requests from patients and healthcare providers, meeting or exceeding service level goals.
  • High-Volume Call Handling: Handle high-volume calls that are auto-connected, providing accurate and timely information to patients and healthcare providers.
  • Information Management: Accurately capture and update information in our systems, ensuring seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers.
  • Availability and Tracking: Provide availability, tracking, and shipping information for patients' medications as needed.
  • Treatment Scheduling: Schedule treatments to be sent to patients or their healthcare providers.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: Experience with medical and/or pharmaceutical terminology preferred. Experience handling high-volume calls required.
Work Environment
  • Location: 100% onsite in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Hours: Three week training period from 8:30am to 5pm M-F. After training, various shift options available.
  • Job Type: Desk job, primarily communicating with patients and providers over the phone.
