The Title Closing Advisor I will be tasked with engaging prospective clients, nurturing relationships, and ultimately fostering sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Secure title insurance orders from a diverse range of clients, including real estate agents, legal professionals, mortgage brokers, financial institutions, investors, and property buyers through collaborative and independent efforts.
  • Oversee title sales operations, ensuring the order pipeline is effectively managed from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with designated Weichert partners, participating in regular team meetings and events to cultivate strong relationships that generate new business opportunities.
  • Promote title services to meet both monthly and annual sales targets, while monitoring personal performance to ensure goals are achieved.
  • Maintain precise records and reporting to support sales initiatives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to enhance business growth.
  • Ensure consistent communication with clients and align service objectives with the operations team.
  • Foster and maintain relationships through proactive sales efforts, including networking, event management, onboarding new clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver presentations during sales meetings and to prospective clients.
  • Work closely with the Operations Team to build trusted partnerships and achieve sales objectives.
  • Adhere to all title workflows using the Company's systems and processes.
  • Attend scheduled meetings as directed by management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Title Insurance License or application for licensure is mandatory.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of sales experience is essential.
  • Prior experience in the title or residential real estate sector is highly preferred.
  • A book of business is strongly favored.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the sales process with the capability to convert leads into business.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills.
  • Basic knowledge of title insurance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Aptitude for conducting presentations and facilitating one-on-one meetings.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Basic arithmetic skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and fractions.
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment (PC, calculator, fax machine, etc.).
