About the Role

The Lakeside School is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Enrollment Management to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive enrollment strategy that aligns with our school's mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy: Provide strategic direction and leadership for the enrollment management function, including developing and implementing a comprehensive enrollment plan that aligns with the school's mission and goals.
  • Admissions and Enrollment Operations: Oversee all aspects of the admissions and enrollment process, including managing the admissions team, developing and implementing admissions policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Marketing and Communications: Develop and implement a marketing and communications strategy that promotes the school's brand and attracts prospective students and families.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze enrollment data and provide insights to inform strategic decisions, including developing and implementing data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of admissions professionals, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
  • Community Engagement: Foster relationships with current and prospective families, including hosting events and providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Five or more years of experience in enrollment management, admissions, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
