Position Overview:
As the Head of Children's Residential Services at DDI, you will oversee the comprehensive management of our residential program operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Direct all operational aspects of the Children's Residential Services.
2. Ensure effective recruitment and supervision of staff to fulfill program goals.
3. Collaborate with the Children's Day Program to provide seamless care for each child.
4. Maintain open communication with families, encouraging their involvement in their children's development.
5. Facilitate training programs for staff to enhance their professional skills and competencies.
6. Create and manage annual budgets for each service location, ensuring financial objectives are met.
7. Guarantee the delivery of superior services that surpass regulatory standards and implement quality enhancement strategies.
8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and certifications.
9. Uphold the dignity, respect, and rights of all children in our care.
10. Foster a safe environment for both children and staff.
11. Innovate new services to adapt to the evolving needs of children and families.
12. Establish a leadership structure that ensures consistent guidance.
13. Collaborate effectively with administration and other departments.
14. Build and maintain positive relationships with external agencies and governing bodies.
15. Contribute as a member of the agency's Senior Management team.
16. Participate in designated agency committees as needed.
17. Undertake additional job-related responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant human services field is required; a Master's Degree is preferred.
A minimum of five (5) years of advanced management experience in delivering high-quality services to individuals with developmental disabilities is essential.
