Job Summary

Children of America is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team as a Preschool Assistant Teacher. As a key member of our educational team, you will play a vital role in executing our curriculum and providing a safe, structured learning environment for our preschool children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Lead Teacher in carrying out daily lessons and activities.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and fellow staff members.
  • Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of our children.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve our educational goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • CDA (Child Development Associate) credential or a related degree.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a licensed childcare setting.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
