Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Engineer to join our team at KLA-Belgium. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in assessing products for reliability, stability, and serviceability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess products for reliability, stability, and serviceability, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and test system diagnostics and specifications to ensure high-quality products.
  • Collaborate with engineers and field service teams to resolve technical issues and improve product performance.
  • Analyze data from systems populations to identify sources of technical, process, and people-based issues.
  • Develop and detail technical service procedures to ensure efficient and effective product maintenance and support.
  • Train support personnel on product maintenance and support procedures.
  • Develop new training materials, including written documents, video tutorials, and online web-based training.
  • Respond to complex technical issues and provide written plans of action or on-site assistance as needed.
  • Write technical reports to communicate issues, analysis, technical assessments, system status, best-known methods, and engineering recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years.
  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in multidisciplinary, multicultural teams and take a leadership role when needed.
  • Quick grasp of relevant, sophisticated technical information.
  • Natural curiosity, inventiveness, and an interest in making things work better.
  • Niche background to bring new perspectives to the team.
