Job Overview

We provide a dynamic and fast-paced workplace where every team member plays a vital role. We are currently in search of a Technical Marketing Manager / Product Manager to enhance our team.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Engage with Customers: Understand and articulate customers' technical needs to the development team, facilitating the introduction of groundbreaking products to the market. This role demands a unique blend of technical acumen, business insight, and exceptional communication skills.
  • Manage Product Lifecycle: Oversee the complete product lifecycle, from defining and launching to supporting hardware and software solutions that adapt to customer demands. Analyze product applications, customer requirements, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with Development: Define product specifications in partnership with the Product Development team.
  • Create Marketing Materials: Develop compelling core messages that resonate with customers and the sales network. Conduct competitive product evaluations and maintain comprehensive comparisons.
  • Execute Product Launches: Plan and implement product launches, including pricing strategies, training resources, promotional documents, press engagements, and multimedia content. Work closely with various internal teams to ensure successful product introductions. Monitor product performance and key sales indicators.
  • Support Sales Teams: Provide strategic sales guidance and assistance to the global sales team in specific scenarios.
  • Travel Requirements: Participate in field activities to support significant business opportunities, promotional events, trade shows, conferences, technical committee meetings, or testing events (approximately 20% travel).
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, preferably in Electrical Engineering.
  • A strong technical foundation coupled with an engaging personality and excellent communication abilities.
  • The capability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience with high-speed serial data standards such as USB, PCIe, DDR, HDMI, etc.
  • Familiarity with oscilloscopes and/or testing equipment is advantageous.
