We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team in a Patient Service Center or Client office. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:
- Collecting blood specimens from patients of all ages using venipuncture and capillary techniques
- Processing and preparing specimens for testing and analysis
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients and clients
- Performing administrative and clerical duties as needed
- Traveling to additional sites as required
Requirements:
- Valid Washington state Phlebotomy License or application filed with the Washington Department of Health
- Previous experience as a Phlebotomist
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Comfortable working under minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record (if applicable)
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
