Key Responsibilities:
- Business Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to drive growth and revenue.
- Performance Evaluation: Evaluate performance metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Product and Inventory Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage sales blocks, purchase blocks, and inventory levels.
- Pricing and Revenue Management: Establish effective pricing strategies and negotiate with suppliers to drive revenue growth.
- Demand Planning and Forecasting: Develop and manage local market financial budgets and negotiate with suppliers to ensure effective investment spending.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in industry, with a strong background in business development, sales, and marketing.
- Skills: Advanced PC skills, strong business planning and collaboration skills, and ability to translate strategy into relevant marketplace activity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous Management Experience: Previous experience in a management role, with a strong track record of driving business growth and development.
- Relevant Cross-Functional Experience: Experience working in cross-functional teams, with a strong understanding of finance, operations, and IT.
