About the Role:

  • As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
  • You will work closely with our account managers and sales team to establish and nurture mutually profitable business relationships with clients.
  • Our sales division offers a wide range of services to clients in the building maintenance industry, including facility solutions, maintenance management, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify potential clients through research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to close, including scheduling appointments, creating proposals, and making presentations.
  • Utilize our CRM system to capture and enter customer information, track sales activity, and analyze sales performance.
  • Collaborate with our project management team to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in outside B2B sales, with a strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
  • Project or construction management experience is a plus.
  • Organized and able to work within a defined sales process, with a strong ability to move clients from prospect to close.
  • Experience with CRM systems and a strong understanding of sales metrics and analytics.
  • Prior sales training and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Outgoing and dynamic personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong MS Office skills, including Outlook.
