Sales Growth Specialist

The Account Executive role at Menlo is a key position responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our client base. This individual will develop and execute a territory strategy to achieve performance objectives, leveraging customer interactions and solving their respective challenges. Key responsibilities include generating sales through a focused process, prospecting new customers, and collaborating with sales colleagues to identify and grow opportunities within various territories.
Key Performance Outcomes:
- 100% quota attainment
- 3-4x pipeline growth year over year
- Contribute positively to individual, team, and organizational goals
Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales or related experience (K-12 preferred)
- Ability to self-manage with minimal oversight while meeting all KPIs and organizational expectations
- Experience with CRM software (HubSpot an asset)
- History of success with varying prospecting practices
- Ability to absorb, organize, and retain information quickly and with a high degree of detail
- Hunger and drive to be successful
- Comfortable with travel up to 30-40%
Compensation: Base + Commission, Year 1 OTE = $130,000
