Job Overview

At FranPartners, we're seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Louisville. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing customer relationships, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate and manage painting projects to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, estimating, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
