Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Sales Plans: Create and implement sales plans to maximize enrollment growth in targeted markets.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with key external brokers, regional agencies, providers, and community partners to drive sales growth.
- Implement Marketing Strategies: Design and execute marketing strategies to promote our Medicare Advantage products to specific geographic segments.
- Manage Sales Distribution: Oversee sales distribution within assigned geographic segments to ensure optimal sales performance.
- Lead Sales Training and Incentives: Develop and implement sales training and incentive programs to support targeted sales goals in emerging markets.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure departmental compliance with Company policies, procedures, and government regulations.
- Interface with Community Leadership: Engage with targeted community leadership to drive sales growth in specific geographic segments.

- Medicare Advantage Experience: Strong experience in Medicare Advantage sales and marketing.
- Knowledge of Medicare Marketing Guidelines: In-depth knowledge of Medicare marketing guidelines and regulations.
- Managed Care Experience: Proven experience in managed care sales and marketing.
- Salesforce Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Salesforce and its applications in sales and marketing.
- Strong MS Office Skills: Excellent skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong Presentation Skills: Strong verbal and written presentation skills.
- People Management Experience: Proven experience in people management and leadership.
- Residence in Kentucky and Cincinnati, OH: Must reside in Kentucky and Cincinnati, OH.
- 50% Field-Based Travel and 50% Remote: Must be willing to travel 50% of the time and work remotely 50% of the time.
Active health insurance license required. Requirements vary state by state.
TravelThis role requires a minimum of 75% field-based work. Overnight travel may be required based on territory/marketplace.
