Sales Manager Job Description

Talis Group, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the launch of a new product line and build a sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and motivated individual with a proven track record of successful team building, a willingness to understand the signage industry, and the ability to build lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and Target Key Customers/Channel Partners: Develop and execute strategies to identify and target key customers and channel partners for the new product line.
  • Build and Maintain Strong Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, Hire, and Train High-Performing Representatives: Recruit, hire, and train a team of high-performing representatives capable of achieving ambitious sales goals.
  • Provide Strong Customer Service Support: Provide exceptional customer service support to both employees and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze Market Trends and Competitor Activities: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Related Field: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 5 Years of Proven Experience in Sales and Sales Team Management: 5 years of proven experience in sales and sales team management is required.
  • Experience Identifying and Developing Channel Partnerships: Experience identifying and developing channel partnerships is essential.
  • Ability to Listen and Lead Individuals with Different Strengths and Abilities: The ability to listen and lead individuals with different strengths and abilities is critical.
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Abilities: Excellent communication and presentation abilities are required.
  • Ability to Travel within Designated Region: The ability to travel within the designated region as required is necessary.
