Job Title: Wireless Retail Sales Market Director

At Alliance Mobile, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wireless Retail Sales Market Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and upholding AT&T regulations across our retail locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver key sales and compliance information to District Managers to coach newly acquired AT&T locations and increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and execute plans for recruiting, operations, sales, and Alliance Mobile initiatives.
  • Maintain positive communication with AT&T representatives during and after Road Runner acquisition periods.
  • Assemble and lead the Strategic Wireless Action Team (SWAT) to drive growth and development.
  • Set strategic targets for assigned locations to continue growth and development of team members.
  • Reconcile expenses associated with Alliance expansion and growth.
  • Attend and prepare for quarterly DM Wrap-up meetings at Corporate location.
  • Make daily field visits to ensure compliance and operational standards.
  • Review market operations and create coaching plans to improve efficiency.
  • Maintain company culture and motivate management staff.
  • Conduct brainstorming and training sessions internally.
  • Interview, hire, and assist in training of new or promoted District Managers.
  • Maintain proper scheduling, overtime, and other policies for each District.
  • Improve and maintain payroll and sales to achieve profitability.
  • Set up assigned whitespace locations, relocations, acquisitions, and turnovers.
  • Travel to markets with overnight stays to address any market issues or needs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Ability to lift upwards of 50 pounds when necessary.
  • Use of personal vehicle for daily driving.
  • Travel requirement of 50-75% per week.
  • Work 45-50 hours a week, Monday through Saturday, occasional Sundays.
