About the JobThis is a unique opportunity to join our growing customer operations team as an onsite Customer Success Manager in San Francisco. You'll be responsible for partnering directly with customers, developing deep relationships, and driving customer growth. Your Skills- 4+ years of experience serving mid-market and enterprise companies in a B2B capacity.
- Natural ability to create efficient processes and build personal relationships with customers.

- Detail-oriented approach to communication and relationship-building.
