Job Summary:

Spectrum Center Schools and Programs, a leading provider of alternative and special education programs, seeks an experienced Area Vice President, Operations to oversee the successful delivery of quality educational services in a designated area. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in education or a related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in school administration or educational leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with district personnel, ensuring the needs of internal and external stakeholders are met.
  • Provide training and professional development to designated area staff, including Program Directors, Shared Support Services, and Campus Site Leadership.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to solve operational issues and programmatic concerns.
  • Uphold the quality and integrity of operations, ensuring compliance with ChanceLight policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, projecting a positive and professional image.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources on staffing, succession planning, performance reviews, and employee relations.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in education or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in school administration or educational leadership.
  • Active certification and/or licensure in educational leadership or school administration preferred.
