Job Summary

Doyle Security Services, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Security Officer to join our team at a hotel in Parsippany, NJ. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for observing and reporting activities and incidents at the assigned client site, ensuring the security and safety of client property and personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Security and Surveillance: Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points, and permitting entry.
  • Incident Reporting and Response: Report irregularities, inform violators of policy and procedures, and complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
  • Task Execution: Complete tasks assigned by supervisor or manager, including interviewing witnesses and obtaining signatures.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid New Jersey SORA License
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills
  • Ability to verbally de-escalate situations
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to understand the English language and communicate it effectively in both the verbal and written form
