About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Coordinator, Relationship Management to join our team at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data within Oracle and Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and update current and prior contacts in our database, matching requests for contact updates to existing individuals.
  • Create and update primary contacts for franchisees and their contracts, enabling these contacts to self-service their needs for reporting, updating staff, making online payments, and more.
  • Monitor the accuracy of information within Oracle and its flow to Salesforce and other systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare amendments to franchise agreements, working with the Sr. Director of Contracts Administration, Vice President of Contracts Administration, owners, operators, financial institutions, and attorneys.
  • Process Third Party Agreements between the franchisee, Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, and lenders as needed.
Requirements
  • Two-year degree in business or legal related field or a Paralegal certificate.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
