Job Description

At Corium, we're passionate about bringing innovative solutions to the ADHD market. As an Executive Sales Specialist, you'll play a critical role in providing product and disease state information to healthcare professionals, while effectively communicating the clinical profile of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategy to engage with healthcare professionals in an effective and compliant manner.
  • Provide individual and group sales presentations to targeted healthcare professionals.
  • Coordinate professional education programs and analyze market trends to identify territory-specific business opportunities.
  • Leverage data and customer knowledge to build discussions around HCP's and patients' needs.
  • Utilize sales and marketing tools to educate healthcare professionals on Corium's products.
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with physicians and other healthcare professionals within designated territory.
  • Attend company-sponsored sales and medical meetings as directed by Corium management.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • A valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed is required.
  • Associate/Sales Specialist: Minimum 0-3 years pharmaceutical sales or 2+ years B2B sales experience.
  • Sr. Sales Specialist: 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
  • Executive Sales Specialist: 8+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
  • Psychiatry, pediatric and/or ADHD experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to navigate a complex/challenging managed care environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of above average sales results.
  • Strong relationships and knowledge of assigned territory preferred.
  • Previous product launch experience is preferred.
  • Experience working independently with direct/sole responsibility for all business within an assigned geography.
  • Demonstrated track record of account-based sales success in an environment requiring a high level of initiative, accountability and ethical and compliant actions.
  • Ability to learn complex scientific and technical information and effectively communicate to a broad audience of healthcare professionals.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
