Business Development Representative

Datapeople Inc is seeking a Business Development Representative to support our top-of-funnel efforts. This role will involve connecting with leads to book demos for our Account Executives, requiring a consultative approach with prospects to influence how they evaluate our offering and consider evolving their hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in high-volume strategic outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and texting
- Meet weekly activity and bookings targets
- Write thoughtful, well-written emails and other outreach to prospects
- Respond to inbound requests for demos with creative email communications
- Contribute to our Demand Generation efforts and message testing
- Maintain data cleanliness and activity record tracking in multiple systems
- 1+ year of business or sales development, account management, or related experience
- Company and contact research skills to inform communications
- Strategic communication capabilities to craft compelling outreach to leads
- Work authorization in your country of legal residence
