Program Director

Summit Educational Group is seeking a highly organized and energetic Program Director to join our client services and sales team in a remote role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing our tutoring programs and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in consultative sales and customize Summit services to meet the needs of each family.
- Build trust and rapport with families and tutors through regular phone and email check-ins to ensure student progress.
- Act as case manager for each family, providing thoughtful and proactive pre- through post-program service.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and tutor-client engagement.
- Ensure client satisfaction through responsive and proactive account management.
- Develop intimate knowledge of the standardized testing industry and Summit's tutoring programs.
- Meet monthly individual and team sales goals.
- Continuously hone and manage processes and systems for the above duties.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Strong commitment to being of service to others and pursuing solutions for our clients.
- Nuanced oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple streams of work with strong attention to detail.
- Sharing Summit's core values.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace.
- Experience in the test prep or academic tutoring fields is strongly preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary $57,000-63,000 annually.
- Additional $1,000-$3,000 in bonus/commission annually.
- Benefits include company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, generous holidays and paid-time-off, and 401-k with company match after one year with the company.
