About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance and Insurance Manager to join our team at Budd Baer Automotive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the best possible financing options for their vehicle purchases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers and sales staff to understand their finance needs and preferences
  • Connect with lending institutions, finance companies, and insurance providers to secure the most beneficial financing options
  • Communicate daily with sales staff to review pending deals and recent sales, with the goal of closing or accommodating warranty and aftermarket sales
  • Interface with the accounting department to report daily performance related to sales
  • Record and deliver notice of finished deals to the sales management office
  • Engage in ongoing education and training to stay current on auto financing issues
  • Process loan applications for third-party lending situations and obtain and verify necessary documents
  • Prepare all necessary documents for vehicle sales, including bills of sale, state papers, and insurance verifications
  • Maintain daily finance income report logs and prepare month-end reports
  • Follow up with customers after delivery to re-market finance products
Requirements
  • Strong communication and customer relations skills
  • Previous experience as an F&I Manager or in a related role
  • High school diploma or greater
  • Strong mathematical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Finance and Insurance seminar training
