Job Title: Member Relationship Advisor

Signal Financial Federal Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled Member Relationship Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional member experiences by establishing strong relationships, identifying financial needs, and providing tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive financial reviews to understand member needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement personalized financial plans to meet member objectives.
  • Collaborate with business line partners to provide seamless member experiences.
  • Facilitate offsite presentations to SEGs and other stakeholders.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities and make recommendations to enhance member relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with Credit Union policies.
  • Act as a liaison between members and various departments to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Requirements:
  • A high school education or equivalent, with a college degree preferred.
  • Two to five years of experience in a similar or related field, with prior experience in financial services a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience with Fiserv a plus.
