V2X is looking for a dedicated professional to deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). The selected candidate will engage in a broad spectrum of services for the agency's Talent Acquisition Office, focusing on external recruitment, hiring events, candidate pipeline management, selection processes, pre-employment evaluations, and student program initiatives. Additionally, this role will encompass responsibilities as a Task Order Manager, actively participating in project management and strategic business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Officer Duties:
- • Provide essential administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Office personnel (less than 40% of their time).
- • Follow guidance from the applicant management team to fulfill routine office tasks.
- • Organize, collect, review, and distribute HR documentation in line with account and pipeline management processes.
- • Utilize NGA systems to facilitate recruitment and hiring activities.
- • Oversee the content of the Talent Acquisition website, ensuring recruitment and hiring information is current.
- • Maintain standard operating procedures, templates, and directives as specified by the government.
- • Strategically plan and integrate hiring processes into mission and career service roles.
- • Manage external applications and collaborate with NGA Recruiting, hiring managers, and candidates to streamline the external hiring process.
- • Ensure adherence to established agency processes, promoting fair and consistent human capital practices.
- • Support current and future position requirements to ensure timely and effective recruitment, yielding high-quality candidate pools.
- • Schedule and participate in necessary engagement meetings, working groups, town halls, and other events to support the Talent Acquisition Office.
- • Prepare, edit, and refine white papers, briefings, reports, and various documents.
- Task Order Manager Duties:
- • Oversee the successful execution of the task order, serving as the primary contact for project leadership. Responsibilities include managing personnel resources, developing work schedules, and overseeing project financials.
- • Ensure all deliverable requirements are met and address any performance issues promptly.
- • Communicate effectively with task order personnel and senior management, coordinating task order activities within agreed timelines.
- • Provide clear leadership and technical guidance to all task order staff.
- • Maintain accurate records and ensure the quality of services delivered.
- • Assist the Program Manager in filling vacant positions promptly at the Task Order level.
- • Manage subcontractor resources as needed, integrating their work into order requirements.
- • Develop comprehensive project plans.
- • Support the upkeep of the project's document repository.
- • Conduct performance evaluations, delegate tasks, schedule projects, and manage client relations.
- • Collaborate with V2X leadership to create proposals for new work efforts for NGA.
- • Act as the primary liaison with the task order client.
