Director of Human Resources

At Ozarks Regional YMCA, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Human Resources to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing talent management and human resources policies, plans, and services that support the organization's mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically plan, direct, and manage all talent acquisition in compliance with AA/EEO.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver employee training programs, employee feedback, ensure compliance, and facilitate performance management.
  • Administer the organization's compensation program, promoting practices that provide for internal equity and maintain a competitive position in the market.
  • Oversee staff operations, business planning, and budget development for the HR department.
  • Ensure employees' adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Discipline and handle termination of employees as per the organization's policies.
