We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Customer Experience Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, exceeding sales targets, and developing strong relationships with our clients.
Key responsibilities include:
* Ensuring accurate entry of customer contact information
* Maintaining a positive and cheerful attitude when working with customers
* Handling questions and inquiries from new and potential customers face-to-face
* Exceeding targets by upselling and promoting new products and/or services
* Resolving customer issues in a friendly and helpful way
* Assisting the sales team in acquiring and retaining new customers
The ideal candidate will be a results-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work independently, think creatively, and collaborate effectively with others. This role requires a high level of integrity, reliability, and adaptability. The estimated salary range for this position is $52,000 - $70,000 per year.
