Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Tradesmen International. In this role, you will be responsible for building and fostering strong business relationships with our clients, growing sales through prospecting and cold calling, and ensuring client satisfaction through regular check-ins and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS THROUGH CONSULTATIVE SELLING APPROACHES
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve overall sales performance

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Compensation:

The salary for this position is $50,000. Employees in this position are also eligible for commissions, provided they meet the requirements of the applicable commission plan. Our comprehensive benefits package includes annual salary with uncapped commission, monthly auto reimbursement, company matched 401(k), paid vacation, paid sick time, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, and voluntary supplemental life insurance.
