About the JobEstimated annual salary for this position is $45,000. We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at Interior Logic Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and generating sales leads for our Makeover and Closet programs in The Home Depot stores.

This role requires a customer-focused individual who can proactively greet customers, assess their needs, guide decisions, overcome objections, and sell appointments for an in-home sales consultation.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers within The Home Depot departments and determine their needs.
  • Explain the Shop At Home process to customers and assist in setting up appointments.
  • Answer product or credit questions and provide training to store associates.
  • Schedule meetings and events with The Home Depot representatives.
  • Organize and display store signage for supported product lines.
  • Participate in promotional events as needed.
  • Build excitement among The Home Depot associates for sales promotions.
  • Complete and submit daily paperwork.
