Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Support Coordinator at Grovesindustrial. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the tool supply crib, coordinating customer needs, and ensuring seamless inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily stocking of automated dispensing equipment, stockroom, and related virtual cribs.
  • Communicate with customers regarding urgent or unexpected changes in demand and address their needs promptly.
  • Process daily shipments for stock and spot-buys, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Perform daily cycle counts of on-hand inventory and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Review open orders in the inventory system to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Collect, resolve, and maintain stock levels on the floor and adjust machines as needed.

Requirements:

  • Product background in MRO commodities, with a plus for tooling experience.
  • Professional maturity, integrity, discipline, and a positive attitude.
  • Basic computer skills and experience using an ERP system.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
