Customer Support Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Support Coordinator at Grovesindustrial. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the tool supply crib, coordinating customer needs, and ensuring seamless inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily stocking of automated dispensing equipment, stockroom, and related virtual cribs.
- Communicate with customers regarding urgent or unexpected changes in demand and address their needs promptly.
- Process daily shipments for stock and spot-buys, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Perform daily cycle counts of on-hand inventory and resolve any discrepancies.
- Review open orders in the inventory system to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Collect, resolve, and maintain stock levels on the floor and adjust machines as needed.
Requirements:
- Product background in MRO commodities, with a plus for tooling experience.
- Professional maturity, integrity, discipline, and a positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills and experience using an ERP system.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid driver's license.
