Job Summary

Trofholz Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Administration: Provide administrative support to project teams, including tracking project deliverables, managing project schedules, and coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between project teams, clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project progress, including tracking project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Procurement: Assist in the procurement process, including preparing purchase orders, tracking inventory, and managing vendor relationships.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards, including conducting quality control inspections and preparing quality control reports.
  • Safety Management: Implement and maintain a safe working environment, including conducting safety inspections and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: 2 years of administrative support experience and functions, with 1 year of previous project coordination experience and functions.
  • Skills: High attention to detail, ability to multitask, strong organizational skills, and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in project coordination for security integrators or contractors, strong understanding of communications networks, basic networking principles, system integration experience, and previous experience working with federal government agencies.
